Each contract can have a maximum of two signatures – your client’s signature and your countersignature. If you’d like to have more than one person be contractually obligated to the items you have listed in your legal document, you will need to create more than one copy, and send them out individually.
To do this, open the contract you’d like to duplicate, that you’ve already sent to client #1. Select the gold arrow button in the top right corner of the page, where a drop down menu will give you the option to “Create a New Copy”. Close the popup window, which will take you back to the lead record. In the Documents list, you will see a “COPY” of your contract. You can edit the signee and email address to send within the document details, once you’ve opened the new version. It may be a good idea to rename the document to include who you are sending it too as well, for example “Full Service Contract – BRIDE COPY” and “Full Service Contract – GROOM COPY”, etc.
