Once guests have been added into the Guest tool, they will show up on the right side of the page in the Seating tool, grouped according to family or friends of the bride or groom (or whatever custom groupings have been created).
From there, drag and drop guests to each table. Once a guest has been seated, a check mark will appear next to their name. It is possible to re-arrange guests at tables or assign them to different tables by dragging and dropping guests into place.
You can also manually type in guests at each table, however, we recommend adding guests to the guest manager to take full advantage of the guest list downloads, menu selection reports and other reporting features for things like special considerations, food allergies and high chair requests.
