To cancel your subscription:
1. Click on your name towards the top right of your screen and select USER SETTINGS from the drop down menu.
2. Select the SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING tab.
3. Rather than close your account, we highly recommend that you just UNSUBSCRIBE rather than completely close your account. This will cancel your subscription, but retain your account in case you ever want to pick up where you left down the road.
To cancel your subscription yet retain your account, click UNSUBSCRIBE. Once you cancel your planning subscription, you will no longer have access to the Planning features and the data you have saved associated your premium account (such as any custom branding, vendor library or planning templates you may have set up), however, you can still log in with your existing email and password down the road and resubscribe when you’re ready to continue planning.
4. To completely close your Aisle Planner account, click CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. If you close your account, all account information, including any custom branding, vendor library and any templates you may have created will be permanently deleted.
