I am getting an error message when I try to download the timeline. Help!

The likely culprit is hidden formatting that may have been added  if you copied (or cut) and pasted content into the timeline from another source. Our PDF converter doesn’t always know how to translate this from the screen into the downloaded PDF.

We suggest that you clear the formatting for any items that have been copied and pasted into your timeline, and if you’re still not able to download the timeline, email us at customercare@aisleplanner.com for assistance.

For future reference, we also recommend that when you copy text from another program, you use the ‘Paste as plain text’ option and then use the formatting options built into Aisle Planner for format your timeline items properly.

  • To bold, color code or highlight a timeline item, click on the GRAY DOT to the left of that timeline item. You’ll see additional formatting options in the menu that appears.
  • To bold, color code or highlight an item in the notes field beneath a timeline item, once you click into the notes area, you’ll see a different styling menu towards the top of your timeline.
