Once you’ve added other planners to your Aisle Planner account, you have the option to set which weddings/projects they can see and have access to. To provide other planners to weddings or projects you’ve created, click on the MANAGER USERS link, then click on the PROJECTS link beneath each planner’s name. From there, select the projects you’d like to give them access to.
You can also add planners from within a wedding, by clicking into the PLANNING PARTNERS link towards the top right, and clicking on the planners who should have access.
Planners who have been added to your account can also create weddings and add other users to each wedding to assist as needed.
