The order of assigned tasks for each person is entirely up to you. By default, newly assigned tasks are added to the end of the assignee’s list. You can easily adjust the order to prioritize your task list by dragging and dropping, which gives you the most flexibility for planning.
We recommend that you proactively guide your clients through the planning process. Consider the FULL checklist as your “backlog” of everything that needs to be done, and just assign a handful of tasks in the order in which they should be completed. Once those tasks have been completed, return to your full checklist to assign additional items. This is the best way to keep your clients focused on the most important tasks at hand to keep the planning process moving forward.
