Can I add additional planners to my company account?

We created Aisle Planner with PLANNING BETTER TOGETHER in mind.  That said, as as long as you share the same company name and logo, you can invite as many planners to your account as needed. Adding users to your Pro Planning account will allow them to collaborate and help you plan the weddings you give them access to.

1.  To add others into your pro account:Click on the MANAGE USERS link, towards the top right of your screen, then click the gold INVITE MEMBER button towards the top left.


2.  Enter in their email address, first name and last name, then click INVITE MEMBER.


3.  They’ll receive an emailed invitation to create a free adjoining account with their own unique login, password and profile photo.

4.  Now that you’ve given your team members access to your account, click on the wedding link beneath each planner’s name to select the weddings you’d like them to have access to, and you’re set!


5.  Once you’ve added other planners to your account, they’ll be able to access your pro tools, including the master calendar (which will only show events from weddings that they have access to), your planning templates, the vendor library and branding center.  They’ll also be able to create their own weddings.
