Why doesn’t my downloaded note look the same as it does on my screen?

We have found that if you have pasted text from another program into a note, it will not always download properly (or at all). Your best bet when pasting anywhere in Aisle Planner is to right click and choose the “paste as plain text” option. You can also highlight the pasted note and click the empty circle with a line through it in the format menu to clear formatting. From there, you have the option to format the text color, bold & italicize, but unfortunately you cannot adjust the font or the size of the font — that is coming in a future release!
